Delphine sat in the corner of the coffee shop watching the brunette sitting along a far wall who was immersed in whatever was on her computer screen, occasionally scribbling on a notepad. She had fully intended on announcing her presence when she saw Cosima studying but she decided to enjoy watching her for a moment. Running a hand through her own wavy blonde hair, she checked her watch before pulling out her cell phone and typing out a quick message before sending it off. It took a few seconds before she watched the woman jump slightly and pull out her phone.

It was amazing really the way the genuine smile spread across the woman's face as she responded. Delphine looked down at her phone when it vibrated.

"Homework and coffee. Want to come watch me study? I'm told I make funny faces and sometimes growl when I do."

Delphine chuckled as she typed in her response. Sending it off, she watched as the woman stuck her tongue out at the phone and quickly typed a response.

"Omg you are so bad. I do not growl in bed."

With a mischievous grin, Delphine typed her response, sipping the bitter coffee while waiting for the reaction. She watched the woman read the text and grinned as the brown eyebrows shot up, a slow grin spreading across her face as she looked around and brought the phone closer to herself in an obviously secretive motion. Delphine watched as the woman bit her bottom lip as she typed, sending it off and setting the phone down in the middle of her keyboard watching it and waiting for a response, her homework completely forgotten.

"Id be happy to prove it to you even if it took all night. Wanna meet me at my place?"

Delphine finished the last of her coffee, sending off a quick text before taking the cup up to the counter for the shop girl to take. Tucking her phone in her pocket she made her way to where the brunette was sitting, so wrapped up in her phone she didn't see the blonde until she sat down beside her.

"Delphine!" A dark red blush crept up the woman's cheeks.

"You do make the cutest faces when you're studying." Risking the rare moment of public affection, she leaned forward and kissed her softly, lingering just a few seconds before pulling away. "You are done for today, yes?

Cosima licked her lips and nodded, quickly packing up her bag. She looked up at the blonde who was now standing, a hand reached out in her direction. With a grin she accepted it, noticing that the woman didn't release it when she was up, but instead felt the fingers intertwine with her own as she was pulled out the door.
